LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has issued an addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) for its existing schemes, and the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of LIC Mutual Fund.

LIC Mutual Fund announced that Prashant Thakkar, Chief of Operations & Technology, has been appointed as the President – Retail Strategy, Operations & Technology of the AMC, effective September 01, 2025. He will continue to serve as a Key Personnel for the schemes of LIC Mutual Fund.

Consequently, the following details for Prashant Thakkar under the ‘Information on Key Personnel’ section have been revised: Prashant Thakkar (48 years) holds a Diploma in Oracle & Developer 2000, a Diploma in Computer Applications and Internet Technologies, and a Diploma in Computer Technology. With over 25+ years of experience, he has previously held key roles including Chief of Operations & Technology (November 01, 2021 – August 31, 2025), Executive Vice President (EVP) – Operations & Technology (May 17, 2021 – October 31, 2021), Chief Technology Officer & Head – Strategy (April 2016 – May 2021), and Head – Information Technology (July 2012 – April 2016) at LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management. Before this, Thakkar served as Head – Information Technology at Mirae Asset Global Investments (India) from July 2007 – July 2012.

This notice-cum-addendum will form an integral part of the SID, KIM of the aforementioned schemes, and SAI of LIC Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SIDs, KIMs, and SAI remain unchanged.
