MSME yet to recover from impact of demonetisation, GST: Congress

Taking a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress General secretary Jairam Ramesh tweeted, “All the eye of the Prime Minister is just on offering advantages to his chosen capitalist buddies.
