US: 12-year-old teen allegedly commits suicide after facing relentless bullying
A 12-year-old lady allegedly dedicated suicide after she was bullied for a 12 months at a faculty within the USA, media studies stated.
Her relations blamed the Clark County School District in Las Vegas for failing to guard their youngsters from bullies.
The deceased teen was recognized as Flora Martinez.
She allegedly ended her life on May 7.
“I really feel like the varsity had an obligation to maintain her secure, whereas she was of their care and so they simply failed miserably,” her mom Alice Martinez advised 8NewsNow.
The deceased teenage schoolgirl’s dad and mom described her as energetic, empathetic, and an artist who beloved ice cream and seafood.
Parents claimed they observed a change in her after she started sixth grade at Keller Middle School in August of final 12 months.
“This wasn’t only one incident that occurred, and you recognize, she determined to take her life. This was months and months and months of bullying that constructed up, and at last, she simply couldn’t take it no extra,” Joshua Parker, Flora’s father, advised 8NewsNow.
“Look how laborious it was on my daughter. My daughter was actually bullied to dying,” Martinez stated.
Her dad and mom stated the lady had approached Keller Middle School’s assistant principal over the difficulty.
Martinez advised 8NewsNow she submitted paperwork for a switch out of Keller. But based on a letter, CCSD denied that request on Oct. 6, 2023
“At that time, I already had her out of college for 2 weeks due to all of the incidents. Just that brief period of time into the varsity 12 months,” Martinez stated.
The dad and mom stated bullying intensified after she went again to highschool.
