When will there be holidays in October?

There will be a public holiday on Monday, October 2. This day is Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday i.e. Gandhi Jayanti and schools, colleges, offices and banks across the country will remain closed.

October 3, Thursday is Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti and the first day of Shardiya Navratri, due to which schools, colleges, offices and banks across the country will remain closed.

There is a public holiday on Sunday, 6 October and due to this, colleges, schools and government offices including banks remain closed.

Maha Saptami is on Thursday, October 10 and on this occasion there is a government holiday in many states of the country.

There will be a holiday across the country on October 11, Friday due to Mahanavami.

All schools, colleges and offices will remain closed on Saturday, October 12 due to Dussehra.

There will be a public holiday across the country on October 13, Sunday, as it is a weekly holiday.

There will be a holiday in many states of the country on October 17, Thursday, on the occasion of Kati Bihu and Valmiki Jayanti.
