Ration Card e KYC: It is mandatory for all ration card holders to get e-KYC done. check details

Actually, the Government of India runs many schemes, one of which is Antyodaya Yojana, under which free ration facility is provided to eligible people. Meanwhile, it is necessary for ration card holders to get one thing done and if they do not do this work, then they may face a lot of problems in getting free ration. Therefore, you should get this work done and that too before December 1.

If you are also a ration card holder, then it is mandatory for you to get e-KYC done. In such a situation, if you do not get e-KYC done by 1 December 2024, then you may face problems in getting free ration. Also, your ration card can also be cancelled. So get this work done in time.

This is the way to get e-KYC done:-

Step 1

  • If you are also a ration card holder and avail the benefit of free ration, then you will have to get e-KYC done.
  • To get e-KYC done, first of all you have to go to the shop of your ration dealer (the shop from which you get the benefit of government ration)

Step 2

  • When you go to the shop, keep in mind that all the members of your family whose names are in the ration card have to get e-KYC done.
  • You can get e-KYC done either by going separately or together
  • Now if you go to the shop, you have to meet the ration dealer and tell him that you want to get e-KYC done.

Step 3

  • In such a case, the dealer takes the finger print in the POS machine to get e-KYC done
  • In this, finger prints of each member are taken one by one
  • Then as soon as this process is completed, your e-KYC is completed successfully.
