Pune Welcomes the 13th Aarogya Film Festival 2024

PUNE: The P.M. Shah Foundation and Vardhaman Pratishthan are all set to organize the 13th Aarogya Film Festival at the National Film Archive of India (NFAI), Law College Road, Pune on the 20th and 21st December 2024. This is the only dedicated short film festival organized to showcase films that create awareness about various subjects related to mental and physical health. Over 34 short films and documentaries shall be screened for the audience during the festival, which is based on subjects like breast cancer, mental health, organ donation, and the environment. Entry to the festival is free for all on a first come first served basis.
The two-day festival will commence with the opening ceremony on Friday, 20th December 2024, at 2:00 pm, in the presence of the esteemed Padma Shri awardee Dr. Chandrashekhar Meshram, Consultant Neurologist and Director of Brain & Mind Institute, Nagpur. The closing and award ceremony of the festival will be held on Saturday, 21st December 2024, at 4:00 pm, graced by the presence of renowned actress Madhurani Prabhulkar, well-known for her role in Aai Kuthe Kay Karte, a popular Marathi TV serial.
