ITServe Alliance’s Synergy 2024 in Las Vegas draws 2,500 leaders for innovation, networking and growth

Las Vegas, NV, November 2, 2024: Over 2,500 members of ITServe Alliance, heads of small and medium-sized Information Technology companies, attended the historic and highly effective Synergy 2024, held at the popular Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas from October 29-30, 2024.
The event was packed with networking opportunities, learning sessions, knowledge-sharing, highly acclaimed speakers, insightful workshops, and collaborative sessions that strengthened bonds and celebrated achievements. Highlights included cultural events, awards ceremonies, business booths showcasing products, and delicious multi-ethnic cuisine, all contributing to meaningful relationship-building. Synergy 2024 showcased ITServe Alliance’s remarkable growth, establishing it as the voice of small and medium-sized IT businesses in the United States.
In his presidential address, Jagadeesh Mosali, National President of ITServe Alliance, welcomed members, leaders, chapter presidents, sponsors, and volunteers to Synergy 2024. He expressed his “sincere gratitude for your unwavering commitment, dedication, and for investing your time, energy, and resources in making this flagship event a success. You are the backbone of our organization, and your commitment propels us forward.”
Mosali highlighted ITServe’s many accomplishments in its brief 14-year history. “Since its inception in 2010, our organization has grown from a small network in Dallas to a nationally recognized association of IT services companies. This year, we added two new chapters, with Tennessee becoming the 22nd and New York the 23rd, showcasing our growth and national reach.”
Reflecting on Synergy, Mosali said, “Synergy has been a unique opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments, come together to share ideas, network, and enrich ourselves with knowledge from topics relevant to all of us in the IT industry.”
Amara Varda, ITServe Governing Board Chair, noted, “Synergy 2024 is a one-of-a-kind conference, delivering innovative strategies, unique insights, and proven success tactics exclusively for IT service companies and individuals. This year’s focus has been on developing strategic relationships to foster a better technology environment through greater understanding.”
Director of Synergy 2024, Suresh Potluri, warmly welcomed attendees, saying, “A very hearty welcome to each of you—especially the ITServe family from across the United States, our honored guests from India, sponsors, and supporters. Under my leadership, our talented and dedicated team worked tirelessly over the past year to create this annual event, offering over 2,000 attendees a powerful platform for networking, knowledge, and growth.”
Potluri expressed gratitude to the Synergy Team, saying, “At Synergy, you have the chance to connect with peers, learn from industry leaders, and discover exciting developments in IT. Success stories from leaders across diverse fields provide fresh perspectives and groundbreaking ideas, propelling the next wave of innovation.”
Synergy 2024 offered IT company heads a platform to engage with industry leaders, lawmakers, and experts through interactive breakout sessions, exploring trends, challenges, and opportunities in IT staffing and technology.
In her keynote address, Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo, shared her life experiences, from her childhood to her journey as a leader who transformed PepsiCo’s sustainability efforts and boosted revenue. Nooyi emphasized the importance of forward-thinking, urging attendees to consider the future relevance of their services.
Special Guest Speaker Shri Nara Lokesh, Honorable Minister for Information Technology, Electronics, and Communications for Andhra Pradesh, lauded ITServe Alliance’s contributions. He outlined his bold vision to propel Andhra Pradesh to the forefront of global technology, inviting IT companies to seize opportunities in his state.
During an insightful interview with Abhishek Boyanapally, ITServe’s Executive Director for PR & Media, Joshua Brown, CEO of Ritholtz Wealth Management, discussed financial management skills essential for business success. Brown provided a historical perspective on economic responses to elections and shared insights on expected trends in today’s financial climate.
Clara Shih, CEO of Salesforce AI, delivered a compelling talk on the rapid growth of AI and its impact on businesses and society. Rachel Skaff, Managing Director/General Manager at Amazon Web Services, was another notable speaker, providing valuable insights on innovation.
Anju Vallbhaneni, President-Elect of ITServe, summarized ITServe Alliance’s mission and Synergy 2024, saying, “We are committed to building strategic partnerships to foster a better technology environment. Let us be your voice in the IT industry.” Vallbhaneni, set to take office as President in 2025, invited attendees to join him in elevating ITServe to new heights.
Murali Bandlapalli, ITServe Secretary, explained, “Synergy began in 2015 as ITServe Alliance’s flagship conference, providing business owners and executives with strategies for the unique needs of the IT Solutions and Services industry.”
Sateesh Nagilla, ITServe Treasurer, emphasized, “Synergy 2024 is the only conference of its kind, delivering strategies, insights, and tactics exclusively for IT service companies and individuals.”
Under the theme “Join – Collaborate – Accelerate,” Synergy 2024 was positioned as the premier IT Staffing Conference in the United States. The event featured crucial panel discussions covering topics from immigration to mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, recruiting, and legal compliance.
Synergy Chair Raghu Chittimalla noted, “We’ve been working to streamline the Synergy conference process, increase its brand value, and promote diversity, establishing it as America’s biggest IT Staffing conference.”
According to Vijay Kommineni, Associate Director for Synergy 2024, “Synergy offered a unique opportunity for IT professionals to hear from renowned leaders. Participants could pitch ideas to investors, turning their business dreams into reality.”
Associate Director Vinay Paruchuri stated, “ITServe has built a strong member-focused community where professionals can collaborate, present new business ventures, and find innovative solutions to industry challenges.”

The Gala Dinner and entertainment events capped each day, offering fun and relaxation. Jonita Gandhi, a Canadian playback singer, and multilingual artist Remee Nique provided thrilling performances at the exclusive Premier Elite Gala Nite.
With cultural events, music, dance, and sumptuous food, Synergy 2024 provided actionable insights and strategies for business growth, solidifying its role as a marketplace for ideas and innovations.
