The Railway Men’s Hockey Team participated in a dynamic trampoline workout led by MultiFit’s Head Coach, Kate Austin. The session provided a challenging yet enjoyable experience, helping the athletes to push their limits in a fun and engaging way. The day concluded with a calming yet invigorating yoga and breathwork segment, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
