Bharat Forge Limited (BFL) and Paramount Group signal MOU for Collaboration for Development and Production of Composite Rotor Blades, Mission Systems and Stores Management programs for Medium Lift Helicopters

Bengaluru, February 15, 2023: Bharat Forge Ltd & international aerospace and know-how firm, Paramount Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the event and manufacturing of Composite Rotor Blades, Mission Systems and Stores Management programs for Medium Lift Helicopters at Aero India in the present day.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Guru Biswal (CEO – Aerospace, Bharat Forge) and Mr. Clifford Dewell, (SVP, Paramount Group) within the presence of Senior officers from each firms

Mr. Guru Biswal, CEO-Aerospace Division, Bharat Forge stated, “This MoU with M/S Paramount is an affidavit of our dedication to work for an “Atmanirbhar Bharat”, to create applied sciences which can be area of interest and shall help Indian and Global necessities. This collaboration will deal with creating the ‘Centre of Excellence’ for design, growth and manufacture of Composite Rotor Blades, Mission Systems and Stores Management programs for Rotary Wing platforms, in India. This design and manufacturing hub shall help all future packages for each India and throughout the globe.”

Mr. Clifford Dewell, SVP, Paramount Group stated, “Our international partnership with Bharat Forge has grown from energy to energy over the previous couple of years. We are excited to increase our collaboration into the aerospace sector. We believe that this initiative will leverage the distinctive synergies of our joint capabilities to satisfy the necessities for these programs for Medium Lift Helicopters in India and throughout the globe. Our expertise has been developed over a few years; Paramount has delivered Mission Systems and Stores Management programs to a number of protection forces, together with the South African and Algerian Air Forces.
