As a part of this enterprise acquisition,Hi–COMcan have a 100% subsidiary of Hyderabad-based administrationservicesupplier firm. The strategic alliance has been valued at $1 Million, givingHi–COMan edge within the “IT managedService“market phase.

This alliance will allowHi–COM to supply a variety of remedial and worth added companies. Started in 1993, CMA targeted on offering single level contact for Multi Platform HWMaintenance, Multi Platform System Administration and SW Services regarding DBMS.
