KEZAD Assets Management Company set to manage 750,000 sqm of built-up assets under KEZAD Group
2 min readAbu Dhabi, UAE – 21 February 2024: KEZAD Group, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group under the Economic Cities & Free Zones, and the biggest operator of built-in and purpose-built financial zones within the UAE, is set to switch the administration of roughly 750,000 sq. metres of its constructed up assets to KEZAD Assets Management Company (KAMC), making it a key participant within the industrial and logistics assets sector by strategic acquisitions, administration, and operations.
KAMC was introduced in October 2022 by KEZAD Group to concentrate on managing KEZAD Group’s present built-up assets. KEZAD Group at the moment has roughly 500,000 sqm of built-up assets and one other 250,000 sqm is scheduled to be delivered by 2025.
The firm will even purchase, preserve, and function a portfolio of high-quality industrial and logistics assets, implementing methods for asset-level worth creation and preservation.
