DAMAC Properties launches Master Community DAMAC Islands 2, inspired by the world’s most scenic island destinations

India 14th November 2025: DAMAC Properties, a leading private developer of luxury real estate, has introduced DAMAC Islands 2 in Dubai – its seventh master-planned community set to transform coastal living. This tropical-inspired development draws visual motifs from eight iconic island destinations including Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, and Mauritius, integrating crystalline lagoons, abundant greenery, and wellness-focused architecture.

The project was unveiled at Coca-Cola Arena by DAMAC Group Chairman Hussain Sajwani and Managing Director Amira Sajwani, featuring celebrity appearances by Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt alongside Arab vocalist Majid Al Mohandis.

The development prioritizes wellness through open-air spas, floating leisure decks, and nature-immersed retreats—rare offerings in Dubai’s landscape where low-density projects are uncommon.

Dubai’s real estate market recorded transactions worth AED 525.87 billion in the first 290 days of 2025, exceeding 2024’s historic figures. Third-quarter transactions hit a record AED 170.7 billion across 59,228 deals.

Residential sales reached AED 262.1 billion in H1 2025, marking a 36.4% annual increase. DAMAC Islands led villa and townhouse transactions during this period with 4,185 sales, while DAMAC Hills 2 secured another 1,942 units sold.

The developer’s recent projects including Riverside Views and Chelsea Residences complement DAMAC’s expanding global presence. Various DAMAC communities show substantial price growth—DAMAC Hills 1 townhouses rose 86%, DAMAC Hills 1 villas 72%, and DAMAC Islands villas 29% since launch, reflecting investor confidence.

Accompanying the launch, DAMAC initiated “The Ultimate Islander” competition, granting the winner a fully-funded experience to reside on one of the development’s themed islands as a temporary brand ambassador.

The master community will feature diverse housing options: six-bedroom villas (approx. 583 sqm), five-bedroom twin villas (approx. 324 sqm), plus five and four-bedroom townhouses ranging from 203-293 sqm. Pricing begins at AED 2.7 million.
