Global Experts Converge to Chart Future of Electric Vehicles, Power Electronics, and Smart Energy Systems at ICPEEV 2025

Hyderabad/New Delhi, October 13th 2025: Industry leaders, policymakers, and academics gathered at Mahindra University for the third International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems, Power Electronics and Electric Vehicles (ICPEEV). Over three days, participants presented research breakthroughs and explored innovations reshaping sustainable energy solutions.
Prof Sukumar Mishra, Director of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad headlined keynote sessions alongside international experts including Dr Alberto Bosio (University of Lyon), Prof B. G. Fernandes (IIT Bombay), Prof Priyadarsan Patra (NIST University), and Rajesh Kanungo (CEO, Tala Secure).
Prof Sukumar Mishra emphasized: “The convergence of cyber-physical systems, power electronics, and EVs is revolutionizing sustainable infrastructure. Advances in semiconductors and embedded intelligence enable smarter grid management and mobility systems. Platforms like ICPEEV accelerate progress toward resilient energy ecosystems.”
Dr Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor of Mahindra University, noted: “This conference bridges academia and industry to drive sustainable innovation in mobility and energy efficiency through cross-disciplinary collaboration.”

Technical sessions featured pioneering research topics including:
- Prof Priyadarsan Patra’s presentation on bio-adaptive cyber-physical systems
- Real-world challenges in IoT, renewable energy integration, and VLSI applications
- Smart EV charging solutions by Prof Bhuvaneshwari demonstrating renewable-electric mobility synergies
