IRCTC launched SwaRail app, passengers will get all these facilities

IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has launched a new SwaRail app for the convenience of railway passengers. However, this mobile app is currently in testing mode on Android and will soon be available to all mobile users.

Through this app, railway passengers will be able to book not only reserved tickets but also unreserved tickets as well as platform tickets. Let us tell you that currently railway passengers have to use different mobile apps to book reserved and unreserved tickets. Currently, unreserved tickets can be booked only on the UTS app.

Train and passengers will get all the facilities on a single app

On the Swarail app, passengers will easily get all the facilities related to not only their train but also the entire journey. On the Swarail app, you can get information about all the trains running on a route, their routes, timings and stoppages. On this mobile app, you can check PNR status, coach position, running status (live train tracking) as well as order food online. Filing for refund can also be done on the app. Along with this, you can also share your travel experience as feedback on this app.

All facilities related to rail help will be available on Swarail app only

The most special thing about the Swarel app is that you can also use the Rail Madad facility through it. Rail Madad is a very important platform for passengers traveling by train, where you can register a complaint for any kind of inconvenience related to your train journey. Along with this, through this you can directly contact the railways for immediate help related to security and medical. This app is not yet available for iPhone users. However, it will take some time for this app to be available for everyone.
