6-year-old in India shoots sex video of mother and partner; couple booked for child exploitation

Police in Maharashtra’s Raigad district have booked a 25-year-old lady and her 35-year-old male good friend for asking her six-year-old son to shoot their intimate movies. The case was registered after the Panvel classes courtroom directed the police to take action.

As per a cop, the mother had registered a case in opposition to the co-accused male good friend of raping her a month in the past. During the case, the video was submitted in the courtroom as proof. The courtroom discovered that the video was being filmed by a 3rd individual.

“On being requested, the girl knowledgeable the courtroom that her son had shot the video. When questioned, the boy mentioned he had finished so on the behest of his ‘uncle’ (the co-accused),” the officer added.

Upon studying {that a} minor was made to shoot two obscene movies, the courtroom, whereas listening to the person’s bail utility in the rape case, directed the police to register the FIR, following which the Uran police registered the case on Tuesday.

The lady’s husband had deserted her and their son practically six months in the past. No arrests have been made in the case but, the police mentioned.

The accused have been booked below part 34 (widespread intention) of the Indian Penal Code and related sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
