The Indian Consulate in Chicago has stated it has strongly taken up the case of Indian classical dancer Amarnath Ghosh, who was allegedly killed in the US lately, with the St Louis police for investigation.

The consulate additionally provided condolences to the members of the family over the loss of life of the dancer who was allegedly shot lifeless in St Louis, Missouri, in the United States by unknown attackers.
