Speaking on the event, the President mentioned that universities just like the University of Mauritius are usually not simply ladders to the goals of aspirational youth; they’re websites the place the longer term of mankind is cast.

She added that she was particularly honoured to obtain the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Civil Law from this prestigious University.
