Karnataka Bank launches ‘KBL Finsurance’ platform
2 min readKarnataka Bank has introduced ‘KBL Finsurance’, an all‑in‑one digital portal that simplifies the creation, tracking and monitoring of insurance leads across its branch network.
The solution is driven by SprintMoney, a fintech firm that supplies a full suite of white‑label digital tools for banks and financial institutions.
According to a press release, the KBL Finsurance portal gives branch staff real‑time ability to generate and monitor insurance leads, follow policy status, and retrieve management information system reports.
To ensure smooth interaction with insurance partners, Karnataka Bank has partnered with SprintMoney (Wildflower Business Services Pvt Ltd), which has linked the bank to its affiliated insurers through the KBL Finsurance platform.
Quoting Raghavendra S Bhat, Managing Director and CEO of Karnataka Bank, the release noted: “Launching the KBL Finsurance portal represents another important milestone in Karnataka Bank’s digital transformation and our pledge to provide an outstanding customer experience. By using technology, we are modernising our bancassurance operations, giving branches real‑time capabilities, and boosting service efficiency. This effort will fortify our insurance business, deepen customer engagement, and reinforce our aim of delivering full‑service financial solutions under one roof.”
