PNB entered into a three‑year pact with digital engagement firm GYFTR Ltd to launch a dedicated rewards and offers hub for its credit‑card users, the two companies said.

As part of the agreement, GYFTR will create, launch and manage a white‑label digital portal bearing PNB’s branding, enabling qualified cardholders to view curated offers from partner consumer brands. The portal will span categories such as shopping, food delivery, entertainment, dining and travel.

Initial brand partners slated for the portal are Amazon Prime, Swiggy One, SonyLIV, Starbucks, Domino’s, Myntra, Bata and PVR, with the offering set to be refreshed from time to time in coordination with PNB, the release noted.

GYFTR will furnish the core technology, payment backbone and merchant connections needed to operate the portal, managing the entire user experience from the PNB‑branded front‑end to redemption at partner brand sites and stores.

Digital engagement

For PNB, the deal introduces a new digital engagement avenue alongside its current credit‑card business. The state‑owned bank, based in New Delhi, serves customers across the country via both its branch network and digital banking platforms.

Arvind Prabhakar, co‑founder and chief executive of GYFTR, said the collaboration aims to craft digital customer experiences that transcend mere transactions and deliver real value to bank clients, noting that PNB’s extensive reach paired with GYFTR’s brand ecosystem will achieve this goal.

GYFTR, which previously operated under the name LKP Finance Ltd, describes itself as a digital gifting and customer‑engagement platform that works with banks, fintechs and corporations. The PNB agreement adds to what the firm calls an expanding set of banking alliances, though it did not name any other partner banks.
