Design Conference Showcases Innovation and Collaboration in Delhi

The vibrant promotional campaign for the Association of Designers of India (ADI) Delhi NCR Chapter’s DoBeDo Pro 2025 set high expectations—and the event exceeded them. Attendees engaged in dynamic discussions about the future of design and creative leadership, fueled by energy and fresh perspectives.
The conference opened with addresses by Ankur Sardana (Head of Industry Outreach), Sakshi Jain (General Secretary), and Puja Anand (President) of ADI’s Delhi NCR Chapter. The agenda featured insights from renowned speakers (DoBeDoers) selected by a jury including Ashwini Deshpande (Elephant Design), Parmeshwaran Venkataraman (3 Big Things Studio), Mukul Goyal (Designwise India), Tapan Chakravarty (Architect), and Mohor Ray Dahiya (CoDesign).

- Pratyush Gupta (Pratyush Gupta Design) reimagined Indian classical music for younger audiences.
- Rasagy Sharma (Capital One) explored expanding designers’ roles beyond traditional boundaries.
- Ananya Agrawal (Dreamverse Learning Lab) presented Ripples in Time: Designing Systems from Inside Out.
- Akanksha Singh (Expedia Group) discussed Design Without Borders, analyzing evolving designer responsibilities in the tech-driven era.
After a break, Ashish Dhaka (Fashion Revolution India) showcased integrating sustainability into design through waste innovation.
Panel on Creative Leadership
Moderated by Puja Anand, panelists Madhu Pandit (IIAD), Abu Tallah Farooqi (Academic Dean), Saurabh Tewari (IIT Delhi), Dr. Manisha Mohan (Bennett University), and Ramneek Majithia (NID Haryana) sparked discussions on design education’s future.
