Uniphore, a prominent developer of artificial intelligence and automation technologies, has closed a $260 million Series F funding round with backing from major industry players including NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks.
This strategic influx of capital reinforces Uniphore’s unicorn valuation and cements its status among the fastest-growing enterprise AI firms globally.
Launched in 2008 by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi, Uniphore specializes in conversational AI, emotion recognition, and automated workflow solutions designed to enhance customer interactions. Its platform combines voice, visual, emotional, and contextual AI to optimize customer service, sales processes, and support functions across sectors.
The new funds will accelerate product development, fuel international expansion, and strengthen collaborations with enterprise technology partners. NVIDIA and AMD’s involvement signals the convergence of AI software with advanced computing infrastructure, while Snowflake and Databricks’ participation highlights the role of data analytics in evolving AI systems.
