US AI startup Resolve hits $1b after $125m Lightspeed-led series A

Resolve AI has secured $125 million in a Series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, reaching a valuation of $1 billion. This latest investment brings the company’s total funding to over $150 million since its inception 16 months ago, with the capital earmarked for advancing product development and scaling enterprise operations.

The company specializes in AI-driven solutions for managing software in live production environments, aiming to minimize operational disruptions and manual workloads. Its platform leverages a multi-agent framework that examines code, infrastructure, and telemetry data to autonomously investigate and resolve technical incidents.

Resolve AI stated that the new funds will accelerate its growth trajectory and broaden adoption among enterprise customers.
