AICTE launches BTech Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology), Diploma in IC manufacturing

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) launched a curriculum designed for 2 new packages BTech Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology) and a Diploma in IC manufacturing.

The programs shall be uploaded on the AICTE portal.

Any variety of AICTE-affiliated faculties/universities/technical establishments might choose to supply these programs.

Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw mentioned, “The PM accepted the Semicon India program on Jan 1, 2022.
