The Aarohan Festival 2023 organised by the Sai Shinjini Academy of Fine Arts and Culture13, October 2023: Aarohan Festival 2023, Celebrating the Finest in Indian Classical Arts Sai Shinjini Academy of Fine Arts and Culture organised the much-anticipated flagship occasion, Aarohan Festival 2023, held at the prestigious Kamani Auditorium on October twelfth, 2023, beginning at 6 PM.

The night was a mesmerizing journey into the world of Indian classical arts, that includes some of the most famed artists of the time. Aarohan Festival 2023 was a celebration of our wealthy cultural heritage and a platform to expertise the essence of Indian classical music and dance.

Curated by the younger and dynamic Kathak dancer, Shinjini Kulkarni, who’s the granddaughter of Pt. Birju Maharaj, this pageant brings collectively extraordinary skills from throughout India.

The magnificent showcase was by the two Kathak maestros, Shri Deepak Maharaj, representing the Lucknow Gharana, and Shri Abhimanyu Lal, representing the Jaipur Gharana. Their performances enthralled the complete auditorium with the grace, rhythm, and storytelling which are synonymous with their timeless dance kind.

In addition to the fascinating Kathak performances, the pageant additionally includes a mesmerizing show of Hindustani vocal music by Shri Prakash Mishra and Deepak Mishra, representing the Benaras Gharana. Their soul-stirring renditions transported the viewers to the coronary heart of Indian classical music.

The Eminent Guests for the power-packed night have been the honorable Chief Guest Minister of State for Culture Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi Ji and Honorable Member of the Parliament Mr. Praful Patel Ji, different friends who brightened the present have been Chetan Seth, Jinoos British Council, Padma Bhushan Sajan Mishra, Manjari Sinha Art critic, Saswati Sen and Vilas Kulkarni, Niren Sengupta, Nand Kishore Kapote, Jai Kishan Maharaj, Geetanjali Lal, Mr. S.
