Kotak Securities and NISM reach 68000 young Indian
2 min readMumbai, 2 April, 2024: Kotak Securities Limited (KSL) introduced that it has imparted monetary literacy to greater than 68000 young Indians via its “Kona Kona Shiksha” initiative in collaboration with the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) throughout FY24. “Kona Kona Shiksha” is a CSR initiative launched in July 2021 to advertise monetary literacy to young residents of the nation.
Since its inception, NISM has performed 2626 packages at over 1700 faculties throughout 480 cities and reached 211955 college students by empanelling 303 useful resource individuals.
NISM – KSL’s CSR data companion and challenge supervisor – imparts “Kona Kona Shiksha” via empanelled Resource Persons who prepare faculty college students from throughout India and via on-line educating modules to young Indians. Each pupil undergoes a rigorous 10-hour coaching module, which concludes with a web-based evaluation and certification by NISM
“Kona Kona Shiksha” empowers college students with data on private finance, fundamentals of investing in securities markets, funding rules and practices, and many others. KSL’s CSR Project goals to create financially educated and expert youth and to open up profession alternatives within the monetary providers trade.

This programme has helped many young professionals perceive subjects starting from the fundamentals of funding and Securities market, its Institutional framework and its intermediaries and monetary providers at massive.
