GNITS glittering Graduation Day 2025 celebrations

Hyderabad, 03rd May 2025: G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (Women), Shaikpet, Hyderabad; has successfully conducted its Graduation Day Ceremony, in the open auditorium at GNITS Campus. The ceremony was adorned by the Chief Guest of the event, Mr. Vijaya Kadiyala, Executive Director, India Head of Enterprise and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. C. Narmada, Joint Director, Vigilance & Security, TGSRTC. The event was graced by the Chairman of GNITS, Sri. G. Raghava Reddy and Vice Chairperson, Smt. G. Srividya Reddy; Governing Council member, Mr. Gopal Reddy; Former Pro-VC, Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar and also former member, UGC, Smt.Kiranmai Pendyala; Corporate VP, HR, UPS India Technology Center. Principal; Dr. K. Ramesh Reddy and the Deans of GNITS. The ceremony has witnessed the participation of over 1050 students of the undergraduate batch, B.Tech. of 2021-2025 and the Postgraduate batch, M.Tech. of 2023-25.
The ceremony featured the addresses by the dignitaries and esteemed guests. Mr. Vijaya Kadiyala, the Chief Guest advocates for a problem-solving mind-set, encouraging individuals to think critically and take initiative rather than relying solely on managerial guidance. By instilling these values, Kadiyala aims to prepare students for the challenges of the modern workforce, where adaptability and teamwork are crucial for success.
The guest of honour, Mrs. C. Narmada, an alumnus of GNITS (2002-2006 batch) has inspired the students immensely by narrating her life journey as a Deputy Superintendent of Police. She advised the engineering students to aim for various careers like Civil Services which has good prospects for them to serve the society. She advised the girls not to lose basic sense while using internet. As girls, they should be cautious of revealing personal information in online platforms. When faced with any kind of women’s issues, they should not hesitate to approach the ‘she teams.’ Girls need to be aware of the law of the land. She ended her speech with the words, ‘degree is just a passport not destination…enter the real world…be cautious, take wise decisions, grow constantly.
The Chairman, GNITS, Sri. G. Raghava Reddy gave his blessings to the students to have a fruitful career, good job, name and fame to live with. He also advised the students to change the society along with them with their innovation and contribution. The Vice-chairperson, Mrs. G. Srividya Reddy, an alumnus herself, advised the students to create a bright future for themselves by stepping into the real world, to be innovative and creative, to keep themselves relevant and updated with the latest technologies and contribute positively to the society.
Family members of the students, friends, and faculty members have gathered to celebrate the achievements of our graduating students making it a successful event.
