Patna Airport: For the first time, Air India Express is starting flight services to Patna Airport, one of the busiest airports in Bihar. From January 15, Air India Express is going to start 2 direct flights each to Hyderabad and Bengaluru and one to Bhubaneswar.

SpiceJet has also started a new direct flight to Guwahati. In the old list, there was no direct flight service from Patna to Guwahati and Bhubaneswar. Patna Airport administration has released the schedule of 39 pairs of flights till January 31. Earlier, 33 pairs of flights were operating. There has been no change in the timing of these 33 pairs of flights.

Booking for all the flights of Air India Express has started. From January 15, the first flight at Patna airport will be of Air India Express. It will come from Bangalore. Its arrival time is 9 am and departure time is 9.35 am. Currently, the first flight at Patna airport is of Air India to Delhi, which lands at 10 am and takes off at 10.35 am. In the new schedule also, this is the first flight to go from Patna to Delhi. The last flight from Patna will be of Air India Express from January 15.

Now 13 flights to Delhi

There are 13 flights from Patna to Delhi in the new list. The first flight to Delhi is of Air India at 10.35 am and the flight is of Indigo at 9.20 pm. There are 6 flights from Patna to Bangalore, 5 to Hyderabad, 3 to Mumbai, 2 each to Ahmedabad and Kolkata, and 1 each to Ranchi, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Pune, Deoghar, and Chennai.

The benefit of this service will be given to the customers using BSNL’s Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network. These customers are given high quality live TV channels and pay TV facility.

BSNL Chief General Manager RK Chaudhary said that customers will get free service under Intranet Fiber Live TV (IFTV).

Right now this facility will be available in these cities

At present, this facility will be provided to the customers of Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Darbhanga and Bhagalpur in the first phase. After this, this facility will be available in other districts. He told that broadband has more than 70 thousand customers in Bihar. This service will be completely free. Two agreements have been made in this.

BSNL customers will not need to buy data packs separately

BSNL Mobile Service Principal General Manager Shankar Prasad said that at present this service has been launched in many cities including Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu. People are enjoying more than 500 live channels at these places. Under this, customers will not need to fill a separate data pack for BSNL’s IFTF service. This service is being made available to them with unlimited data. No additional charges will be taken from the customers for this.

Many entertainment channels including OTT

Customers are being provided with OTT and many entertainment channels under this facility. Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, YouTube etc. will also be included under the OTT service.

Customers will also get the facility of gaming channel

Apart from this, customers will also get the facility of many gaming channels. Currently, customers will be able to get this facility only from smart TV. It is said that this facility will be available in TV only on Android 10 or its updated version.

In a major step towards enhancing urban emergency medical services, quick commerce company Blinkit has introduced a rapid-response ambulance service in Gurugram, aiming to deliver assistance within 10 minutes, CEO and co-founder Albinder Dhindsa announced recently.

“Ambulance in 10 minutes. We are taking our first step towards solving the problem of providing quick and reliable ambulance service in our cities. The first five ambulances will be on the road in Gurugram starting today. As we expand the service to more areas, you will start seeing an option to book a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance through the @letsblinkit app,” Dhindsa stated in a post.

Each ambulance is equipped with critical life-saving tools, including oxygen cylinders, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), stretchers, monitors, suction machines, and emergency medications.

To ensure quality care, each vehicle is staffed by a trained paramedic, an assistant, and a professional driver.

The service operates on a not-for-profit model, making it affordable for users. 
Plans are underway to expand the initiative to major cities across the country over the next two years.

The announcement received widespread praise, including reactions from Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Nothing CEO Carl Pei.

Dhindsa highlighted the critical role of public cooperation, urging people to give way to ambulances on roads.

“Timely access can save lives,” he stressed.

Amitabh Singh, Chief Postmaster of Maharashtra Circle, said that the first phase of this service will be started under the leadership of Maharashtra Postal Circle. He said, “We will provide support to small scale businessmen across the country using our wide network. OTP based new technologies and advanced delivery system will make this service more efficient and reliable.”
