ITC Hotels Limited has entered into definitive agreements with DSR Hospitality Services to manage two new properties in Nellore and Hyderabad under its Welcomhotel brand. These agreements mark a strategic expansion into Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for the company.

The Welcomhotel brand continues to strengthen its footprint nationwide through asset-light partnerships, collaborating with developers to broaden its portfolio. The Hyderabad Panjagutta location will offer 117 guest rooms and more than 800 square meters of event space, while the Nellore property will feature 127 rooms alongside 2,600 square meters of conference facilities.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, emphasized the significance of this partnership: “Our collaboration with DSR Hospitality Services reflects our commitment to expanding into emerging markets and reinforcing our national presence with thoughtfully curated properties.”

DSR Hospitality Services’ Managing Partner, D Sudhakar Reddy, shared enthusiasm for the alliance: “Partnering with ITC Hotels allows us to introduce the Welcomhotel experience to Hyderabad and Nellore, combining our local expertise with their renowned service standards.”
