Atmosphere Core signs 180-key eco resort in Visakhapatnam, opening in 2029

Atmosphere Core has teamed up with A V N G Developers LLP to introduce Atmosphere Hillora Eco Resort Visakhapatnam, a 180‑room luxury eco‑resort set to debut in Q1 2029.

Nestled in the Eastern Ghats and encircled by lakes and hills, the resort will lie roughly an hour’s drive from Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport at Bhogapuram. It will join the Atmosphere sub‑brand of Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, targeting leisure guests, destination weddings, MICE events and corporate groups.

The resort will offer a selection of cottages, suites and private‑pool villas, designed with an eco‑sensitive approach that blends into the surrounding forests, lakes and Eastern Ghats scenery.

Food and beverage options will comprise an all‑day dining restaurant, a café lounge, a specialty restaurant, a bar with lounge and library, and a poolside bar. Menus will fuse international dishes with flavors from South India.

Wellness amenities will center on the ELE|NA Ayur Spa, plus a swimming pool with an outdoor deck and a fully equipped fitness center.

The property will also provide extensive meeting and event infrastructure, featuring large convention halls, conference rooms, boardrooms and open‑air venues. These spaces will enable the resort to host corporate meetings, MICE programs, social gatherings and upscale destination weddings.

Expanding IT, Global Capability Centre and healthcare sectors are also driving business travel demand.
