Black Rock Hotels and Resorts appoints Gaurav Mudgal as Managing Director

Black Rock Hotels and Resorts has named Gaurav Mudgal as Managing Director, positioning the firm for its next growth stage centered on expanding its collection of luxury resorts, destination hotels and owner‑focused management services.

In this position, Gaurav Mudgal will steer strategic growth, business development, owner relations, operational efficiency and the move toward larger hospitality assets. He will also be instrumental in enhancing BlackRock’s owner‑focused management solutions and fostering sustainable long‑term growth.

Gaurav offers over 22 years of hospitality expertise, covering pre‑opening commercial strategy, hotel operations, revenue management, sales, distribution and marketing. Throughout his career he has partnered with hotel owners to craft profitable hospitality projects by embedding revenue management and commercial planning from the earliest development stages.

Before joining Black Rock Hotels and Resorts, he occupied leadership roles at Fairmont Jaipur and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
