Bikewo Unveils LongTerm Strategy To Build A FullStack Mobility And Logistics Platform

July 23: BikeWo Green Tech Limited revealed its long‑term plan to create a comprehensive mobility and logistics platform, covering electric vehicles, fleet management, logistics infrastructure, technology solutions, and renewable energy.

The strategic roadmap was shared at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), where shareholders gave the green light to the proposed warrant issue. The Company explained the reasoning behind the strategic moves made over recent months and outlined its intention to develop capabilities across various tiers of India’s fast‑growing logistics sector.

As India pours investment into manufacturing, infrastructure and supply‑chain modernization, its logistics sector is becoming a major driver of sustained economic growth. In this context, BikeWo seeks to establish itself as an integrated platform that serves the wider mobility and logistics ecosystem.

The Company’s long‑term strategy concentrates on building capabilities in electric mobility, fleet ownership and management, technology‑driven logistics operations, warehousing, multimodal logistics, renewable‑energy integration, and strategic alliances. These capabilities are being crafted as complementary elements of a single operating platform, fostering tighter integration, improved operational efficiency, and long‑term scalability.

Within this strategy, BikeWo has unveiled several strategic partnerships in recent months covering electric mobility, solar‑assisted transport, rural mobility, and aviation logistics. These initiatives aim to bolster the Company’s capabilities across crucial segments of the logistics value chain and facilitate the rollout of its long‑term platform vision.

The proposed capital infusion is anticipated to give the Company greater financial flexibility to chase strategic opportunities, bolster operational capacity, invest in technology and infrastructure, support fleet growth, and assess value‑adding acquisitions that align with its long‑term vision.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said: “India’s logistics sector is becoming one of the nation’s most vital engines of economic growth. At BikeWo, we are constructing an integrated mobility and logistics platform intended to operate across the entire logistics value chain. By uniting mobility, fleet operations, technology, infrastructure, and strategic partnerships, we are developing capabilities that reinforce each other, bolster our platform, and promote sustainable long‑term value creation for our shareholders.”

The Company reiterated that disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation, strong corporate governance, and operational excellence will stay at the heart of its growth strategy while it expands its integrated mobility and logistics platform.
