Mumbai, Dec 21: Westin Hotels & Resorts, represented in Marriott Bonvoy’s collection of 30 distinguished brands, has launched The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa. This inaugural Jaipur property marks Marriott International’s 200th Indian location, reinforcing the company’s growing footprint across prime leisure destinations. Situated across nine acres along the peaceful Aravali foothills, the resort embodies Westin’s wellness-focused hospitality approach while coinciding with Marriott’s expanded Hindi-language digital platform for Indian travelers.

“Reaching our 200th Indian property represents a pivotal achievement reflecting our guests’ and owners’ enduring trust in our brands,” stated Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia at Marriott International. “Our expansion focuses on delivering memorable experiences through thoughtful design, culinary excellence, and exceptional service. India’s resilient hospitality market continues to show strong demand, driving our commitment to a robust development pipeline.”

Marriott maintains its position as one of India’s leading international hotel operators, with 18 brands currently operating 200 properties and nearly 150 additional hotels planned nationwide. Ranked among Marriott’s top three global markets, India’s growth stems from increasing domestic travel, greater discretionary spending, and significant tourism infrastructure investment.

This expansion milestone aligns with Marriott Bonvoy’s global network of approximately 260 million members who gain access to diverse travel experiences throughout India. The company continues broadening travel options while strengthening guest engagement in this dynamic market.

The Westin Jaipur blends Rajasthan’s cultural heritage with Balinese-inspired architecture through elements like water features, open courtyards, and traditional Jaipur craftsmanship. Guests encounter the brand’s signature White Tea scent upon arrival and discover decorative details including décra metalwork and a chandelier echoing Rajasthani folklore.

The property implements Westin’s wellness philosophy through its core pillars – Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well – offering comprehensive programs supporting relaxation and revitalization.

Accommodations comprise 135 rooms, suites, and villas featuring private gardens and plunge pools alongside the brand’s signature Heavenly® bedding system. Fitness facilities include a 24-hour gym with Technogym equipment, programmed running paths, a cricket pitch, and multi-sport courts supporting basketball, pickleball, and badminton.

Dining spans four venues: farm-inspired Harvest restaurant, contemporary Rajasthani cuisine at Ira, refreshments at Haven Bar & Coffee Lounge, and poolside beverages at the Pool Bar. Heavenly Spa by Westin™ provides treatments across five therapy rooms, while extensive event spaces and a kids’ club accommodate business and leisure travelers.

“We invite guests to experience Jaipur through Westin’s thoughtful blend of local culture and rejuvenating environments,” said Kamaljit Singh, General Manager. “From wellness programming and cultural activities to exploring nearby Amer Fort, every element encourages restored balance and renewed vitality.”
