Tributes Paid to Former PM Charan Singh on his Birth Anniversary in Delhi

New Delhi | 23 December 2025:- A commemorative event honoring the 123rd birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh was organized in Delhi under the leadership of Kamlesh Sehrawat-Malik, Delhi State President of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) Women Wing. The gathering brought together women leaders, Khap representatives, and political figures across party lines to celebrate the legacy of India’s renowned advocate for farmers and rural communities.

Distinguished attendees included Yogender Chandolia (BJP MP), Smt. Anju Aman Kumar (Delhi BJP Councillor), Surendra Solanki (President of Sarvkhap Palam 360), Dhara Singh (President of SehrawatKhap), along with Ranbir Pradhan, Suresh Pradhan, Jai Prakash Pradhan, and former Councillor Narayan Singh.

Kamlesh Sehrawat-Malik underscored the contemporary relevance of Charan Singh’s ideology: “Chaudhary Charan Singh ji wasn’t merely a Prime Minister – he embodied the voice of India’s villages, farmers, and marginalized communities. This gathering reflects his vision of collective leadership uniting women, Khap institutions, and political leaders for national progress.”

BJP MP Yogender Chandolia praised Singh’s forward-thinking policies: “Chaudhary Charan Singh ji pioneered farmer-centric governance in India.
