New Delhi, January 25: Following discussions at the 2026 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, India has solidified its leadership in advancing global clean energy initiatives through policy continuity and strategic international alliances. Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi emphasized India’s accelerated transition towards renewable sources as a cornerstone of worldwide energy transformation efforts.

Engagements at Davos reinforced international confidence in India’s sustainable energy progression according to Joshi. His meetings yielded strengthened collaborations with governments, financial institutions, and industry pioneers that will support India’s expanding renewable energy landscape.

Joshi confirmed that WEF dialogues highlighted India’s commitment to predictable regulatory frameworks and enduring global partnerships to ensure streamlined clean energy adoption.
