Dvara KGFS Digital Services, a subsidiary of Dvara Kshetriya Gramin Financial Services (Dvara KGFS), announced the appointment of Ramkumar Ratnam as its Chief Executive Officer.
Under his leadership, the firm—dedicated to creating digital infrastructure and broadening financial‑service reach in rural India—will concentrate on strengthening its digital‑payments ecosystem, widening its product suite and deepening financial inclusion for rural and underserved populations.
Ratnam has been with Dvara for the last twelve years, most recently serving as Chief Business Officer of Dvara KGFS.
Dvara KGFS Digital Services intends to launch a digital platform that lets rural Indian customers obtain core digital financial services—such as the Aadhaar‑Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) and domestic money transfers—right in their neighbourhood while fostering sustainable livelihoods for rural entrepreneurs.
