Fusion Finance receives final call money on equity shares issued under its ₹800 cr rights issue

Fusion Finance Ltd announced on Thursday the successful receipt of final call payments for equity shares issued through its rights offering, concluding the payment cycle for its ₹800 crore capital fundraising initiative.

The rights issue structure involved issuing partially paid equity shares to shareholders, with payments divided into two installments.

The organization stated in a regulatory filing: “The remaining balance of ₹65.50 per share was collected as the first and final call amount. Approximately ₹395.30 crore was received during this phase, covering nearly 99 per cent of the total called amount.”

The company confirmed completing all administrative procedures to convert partially paid shares into fully paid equity shares with ₹10 face value following the final payment.

Sanjay Garyali, Managing Director & CEO of Fusion Finance, noted: “This conversion significantly enhances our capital foundation, enabling greater operational flexibility to execute our strategic growth initiatives.”

According to the disclosure, the company maintained a capital adequacy ratio of 31.31 per cent as of September 30, 2025. The newly acquired capital is anticipated to further strengthen its financial position.
