Sundaram Home Finance posted a 20% year-over-year increase in net profit at ₹75 crore during the third quarter ending December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26).

Quarterly disbursements increased to ₹1,740 crore compared to ₹1,692 crore in the corresponding period last year. The Emerging Business segment, covering affordable housing and small working capital loans, saw disbursements surge over twofold to ₹165 crore during Q3.

Assets Under Management grew by 18% to reach ₹18,880 crore.

“While maintaining strong focus on our Prime Home Finance operations, we expanded our Emerging Business footprint by opening more than 15 branches this quarter,” stated D Lakshminarayanan, Managing Director of Sundaram Home Finance. “This segment has emerged as a key contributor, with disbursements nearly tripling to ₹394 crore in the first nine months of the fiscal year. We are on track to achieve our targets of 100 branches and ₹500 crore disbursements in this segment by year-end.”
