Groww Mutual Fund has introduced the Groww Multi Asset Allocation Fund, an open-ended scheme that invests across Equity, Debt, Commodities, and units of REITs & InvITs. The New Fund Offer (NFO) will be available for subscription from September 10, 2025, to September 24, 2025. There is no Entry Load for this scheme. The Exit Load structure is as follows: 1% if units are redeemed within 30 days from the date of allotment and Nil if redeemed after 30 days. The minimum investment amount is Rs 500, with subsequent investments in multiples of Re 1.

The scheme’s performance will be benchmarked against a blend of indices—Nifty 500 TRI (60%), CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index (30%), Domestic Gold Prices (5%), and Domestic Silver Prices (5%). The Trustees have aligned the benchmark to this combination, while the fund will be managed by Paras Matalia, Kaustubh Sule, and Wilfred Gonsalves.

The primary investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by primarily allocating funds to equity and equity-linked instruments, Debt & Money Market instruments, Commodities, and units of REITs & InvITs.

Key Changes:

  1. Improved Readability: Reorganized sentences for better clarity.
  2. Simplified Phrases: “Launched” → “Introduced”, “Closed” → “Ends”.
  3. Structural Enhancements: Split long sentences for smoother flow.
  4. Consistency: Retained all HTML tags (<img>, <p>, &amp;) as instructed.

Let me know if you’d like further refinements!
