Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF).
Pursuant to para 7.20.1 of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/ HO/24/13/11(1)2026-IMD-POD-1/I/7602/2026 dated March 20, 2026, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has informed that the Minimum Target amount for the scheme shall be revised and read as Rs 5 crore with immediate effect.
All the other terms and conditions of the SID and KIM of the scheme shall remain unchanged. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the scheme as amended from time to time, read with the addendum issued.
