Indian technology leader LTIMindtree is accelerating its artificial intelligence focus through its new dedicated division, BlueVerse. Company CEO Venugopal Lambu confirmed the organization’s strategic shift toward AI-driven services, expecting significant revenue growth and enhanced client value through these initiatives.

BlueVerse: Integrated AI Platform

The June 2025-launched BlueVerse provides enterprises with comprehensive AI implementation tools, featuring over 300 specialized AI agents, ready-to-deploy solutions, and digital assistants. This ecosystem prioritizes improved customer experiences and operational enhancements through automation and intelligent systems.

Key offerings include AI-optimized marketing services for ROI maximization and intelligent Contact Center solutions featuring context-aware AI agents. The platform’s no-code and pro-code development tools enable rapid deployment of custom AI workflows and generative AI pipelines.

Business Strategy and Growth

Lambu noted increasing demand for both rapid AI implementations and comprehensive transformation projects. The company recently secured a $100 million+ contract with a major US chemical manufacturer, deploying AI for cost optimization and service improvement.
