Enterprise AI platform Zenalyst raises pre-seed funding
2 min read
Zenalyst, an enterprise AI platform headquartered in Bengaluru, has secured a pre‑seed investment of Rs 3 crore (about $300 000) from a group of angel and corporate backers, including SKIL Cabs, GERP Technologies, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan and P H Corp.
The company is building an agentic AI system called ZenForce that lets businesses deploy AI agents across core workflows such as treasury, procurement and legal operations. Rather than merely answering questions or generating reports, Zenalyst aims for its software to participate in everyday business processes—analyzing information, highlighting items that need attention and prompting teams to act.
Many enterprises already store data in finance tools, ERP systems, documents, banking platforms and various internal applications; the real challenge lies in consolidating that information and turning it into swift, actionable decisions. Zenalyst’s platform is designed to provide a connected intelligence layer that addresses exactly this need.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen ZenForce and expand Zenalyst’s library of AI agents. Initial focus will be on treasury, procurement and legal workflows—areas where repetitive tasks, large volumes of documentation and detailed approval processes are common. By concentrating on specific functions, Zenalyst hopes to deliver practical products that can show measurable benefits such as reduced manual work, faster approvals or early risk detection, thereby earning customer trust.
Enterprise AI also requires reliable outputs, clear audit trails, robust data protection and human oversight before AI can influence financial or legal decisions. Zenalyst must demonstrate that its agents are not only intelligent but also dependable and safe for sensitive workflows.
The pre‑seed round gives Zenalyst the resources to refine its technology, test the platform with partner businesses and grow its early team. Although still at an early stage, its emphasis on converting enterprise data into concrete action places it in a closely watched segment of the technology market.
