Hyatt Place Vadodara elevates Kris Reynolds to General Manager

Hyatt Place Vadodara welcomes Kris Reynolds as its new General Manager, marking a key career achievement following his 17 years in the hospitality industry. The promotion represents Reynolds’ first leadership role at this level after advancing through multiple positions at the same establishment.

Reynolds has contributed to Hyatt Place Vadodara since 2021, originally joining as Director of Sales during the pre-opening phase. His effective leadership resulted in subsequent advancements to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2022 and Assistant General Manager in 2023. During these roles, he enhanced team collaboration, refined operational efficiency, and elevated guest satisfaction metrics at Vadodara’s inaugural Hyatt property.

Currently enrolled in Hyatt’s General Manager Development Program, Reynolds combines market knowledge with operational proficiency and commercial acumen. Regarding his appointment, Reynolds expressed deep connection with the property and pride in guiding a familiar team. His leadership approach prioritizes adaptability, guest-centered thinking, and creative solutions—focusing on personalized experiences and responsiveness to traveler insights for business and leisure guests alike.

Reynolds’ Hyatt journey began in 2010 as Sales Executive at a regional sales office, followed by progressive sales leadership positions at Grand Hyatt Goa, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Park Hyatt Chennai. His background also includes experience with prominent brands like The Westin Hyderabad and Ramada Powai. In his new capacity, Reynolds will oversee the hotel’s strategic growth phase, emphasizing consistent financial performance and service quality enhancement.
