ITC Hotels signs luxury hotel in Patna

ITC Hotels Limited is poised to strengthen its presence in the luxury segment with a new establishment in Patna. The company has finalized agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to operate a 140-room luxury property in Bihar’s capital. This project, aligned with the state’s tourism development goals, emerged from a competitive government-led selection process, securing KIHPL as the developer with ITC Hotels as the chosen management partner.

Situated on a 1.5-acre property, the upcoming hotel is designed to redefine luxury hospitality standards in Bihar, offering premium accommodations and curated culinary experiences. ITC Hotels maintains a significant footprint across India’s key urban centers and heritage destinations, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.
