United Hospitality Management enters Indian market with Rosastays acquisition; Deepika Arora to lead India operations

United Hospitality Management (UHM), a global hospitality company specializing in luxury and mixed-use hotel management, has formally entered the Indian market with the acquisition of Rosastays, a boutique hospitality brand. This strategic move establishes a robust operational foundation in one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality markets.
The acquisition grants UHM an immediate portfolio of 17 operational properties across leisure destinations including Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, Pushkar, and Shimla. Select Rosastays properties will transition to the UHM brand between late 2025 and early 2026. The company announced a development pipeline exceeding 700 rooms, including collaboration projects with IHG Hotels & Resorts under the Garner brand.

The company appointed Deepika Arora as Managing Director for India, leveraging her two decades of experience with leading international hotel brands. Her expertise in brand development and operations will drive UHM’s strategy to establish a distinctive presence in India’s evolving hospitality sector.
