Bhavik Sheth launches Opulent Oasis Hospitality with experiential retreat project in Sasan Gir

Seasoned hospitality professional Bhavik Sheth unveiled Opulent Oasis Hospitality, signalling his move into India’s experiential hospitality arena.
The venture debuts with Wild Calm, a nature‑focused retreat set in Sasan Gir, a region famed for its wildlife and home to the Asiatic lion.

Situated within the expanding experiential travel and destination‑driven hospitality niche, Opulent Oasis Hospitality will pursue ‘experience‑first’ developments that prioritise emotional connection, local authenticity and immersive stays rather than conventional large‑scale hotels.

Wild Calm will offer 53 keys, featuring private pool villas and immersive accommodation options, complemented by amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, multi‑cuisine restaurant, kitchen garden and an activity arena for cultural events and gatherings. Outdoor facilities such as pickleball courts, box cricket pitches and a Miyawaki forest reinforce its bond with the surrounding landscape.

Experience design goes beyond bricks and mortar to offer adaptable guest journeys. Visitors can select from various stay formats that incorporate botanical walks, storytelling, nature‑based activities, pottery workshops, curated high‑tea moments and relaxed evening rituals.

Importantly, the project signals a shift in how hospitality providers view experience—not as an optional add‑on but as a foundational design principle that shapes everything from layout to service ethos.
