Etihad Guest, Etihad Airways’ loyalty program, has formed an alliance with The Postcard Hotel, a premium hospitality chain operating properties across India, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. This partnership extends Etihad Guest’s network of hotel collaborators in South Asia while strengthening the airline’s regional engagement.

Members can now accrue Miles through bookings and stays at any of The Postcard Hotel’s curated properties. This initiative enhances travel experiences through destination-centric luxury offerings while rewarding loyal customers.

Guests staying two or three nights will receive 2,000 Miles, while stays of four nights or more earn 4,000 Miles plus a complimentary night. The collaboration blends The Postcard Hotel’s bespoke hospitality with Etihad Guest’s global rewards ecosystem, creating distinctive travel experiences.

Arik De, Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer at Etihad Airways, stated, “Our connection with South Asia transcends flight networks – it reflects shared values in cultural appreciation and meaningful journeys. This partnership strategically expands our program’s regional footprint while delivering exceptional member value through authentic experiences.”

Kapil Chopra, Founder and CEO of The Postcard Hotel, commented, “This alliance with Etihad Airways enables loyalty members to discover our properties where meticulous service meets immersive cultural experiences. Our shared commitment to excellence creates natural synergy.”

Since its 2018 launch, The Postcard Hotel has developed 11 properties across three countries, offering culturally rooted stays with flexible formats. This collaboration supports Etihad’s expansion in India, where the airline serves 11 cities through 185 weekly flights while growing its loyalty membership.
