Noormahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel has named Teena Nichani as its new Director of Operations, bolstering the leadership team while the property advances its standing in Marriott International’s Autograph Collection lineup.

With more than 26 years in hospitality, Nichani offers deep expertise in sales, marketing, revenue management and hotel operations. She has held leadership positions at Radisson Hotel Group, Sayaji Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fern Hotels & Resorts (now part of Series by Marriott), where she spurred growth, cultivated high‑performing teams and achieved solid financial outcomes.

Renowned for her revenue‑strategy acumen, she has repeatedly posted year‑over‑year growth, robust RevPAR results and substantial business from corporate, MICE and wedding markets. Transitioning to operations is a logical step, merging her commercial insight with hands‑on execution to elevate the guest experience.

In her new position at Noormahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel, Teena will direct overall hotel operations, emphasizing revenue maximization, sales strategy development and commercial performance improvement. She will also head the marketing function, managing digital outreach, public relations and participation in key industry events to boost brand visibility and market reach. Moreover, she will ensure the smooth rollout of Autograph Collection brand standards, crafting unique, curated guest experiences that meet Marriott International’s global benchmarks.

Her background in pre‑opening projects, brand development and market expansion, coupled with strong industry connections, is poised to drive the hotel’s growth across domestic and international markets.

Being India’s inaugural Autograph Collection hotel marks a major milestone for Marriott International in the region. Teena’s leadership will be key to positioning the property as a top luxury choice for weddings, MICE and experiential travel, while preserving the distinctiveness and character synonymous with the Autograph Collection.
