The Westin Goa appoints Dhiraj Amin as Director of Sales and Marketing

The Westin Goa has named Dhiraj Amin as its new Director of Sales and Marketing, bolstering its leadership team as the property seeks to grow its footprint in Goa’s upscale hospitality sector.

Bringing over 15 years of hospitality expertise, Dhiraj will steer the hotel’s commercial strategy, emphasizing revenue growth, market expansion, and overall business performance. In this role he will manage all sales and marketing functions, collaborating closely with the leadership team to enhance the property’s standing in leisure, weddings, MICE, and corporate markets.

Before joining The Westin Goa, Dhiraj held the position of Director of Sales at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he directed strategic sales initiatives across key segments. His background also includes leadership roles at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. Throughout his career he has cultivated deep knowledge in corporate sales, catering, MICE, weddings, and business development.

Dhiraj is noted for his strategic sales mindset, strong team leadership, and effective client relationship management. He has earned the Marriott President’s Circle Award and the Marriott APEC Top Performer Award in recognition of his commercial success and leadership abilities.
