CMS wins 5-yr managed ATM services outsourcing mandate from HDFC Bank

CMS Info Systems revealed on Sunday that it has secured a five‑year integrated ATM managed‑services outsourcing contract from HDFC Bank, worth ₹400 crore for 6,000 ATMs.
CMS added that the agreement encompasses managed services such as currency forecasting, logistics and its Vision AI platform, HAWKAI.
Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer, commented: “Building on our expanded ICICI Bank partnership in FY26, the share of revenue from private banks rose from 22 % in FY25 to 25 %, and we aim to hit 30 % by FY27.”
He noted that, with this new deal, CMS now holds mandates from three of India’s biggest banks, among them the recent ₹1,000 crore SBI contract.
CMS conducts business through three divisions: ATM Management Solutions, Retail Solutions & Currency Logistics, and Technology & Payment Solutions.
