Payments technology firm Juspay reported a net loss of ₹90 crore in FY26, while revenue grew 30% year‑on‑year to ₹664 crore, up from ₹514 crore in FY25, as it expanded internationally and invested in AI.
Revenue has more than tripled from ₹213 crore in FY23, representing a compound annual growth rate of about 46%.
Adjusted EBITDA was ₹33 crore, excluding ESOP costs, but net loss remained at ₹90 crore. The company attributed the investments to international expansion, AI capabilities, and strengthening its payments infrastructure.
During the year, Juspay processed 400 million transactions daily, with an annualized total payment volume exceeding $1 trillion. It serves over 500 enterprises and banks worldwide, including Amazon, Google, Flipkart, Swiggy, IndiGo, and HSBC, with 99.999% reliability.
International markets in Asia‑Pacific, Europe, the US, Latin America, and the Middle East saw growth as Juspay aimed to become a global payments technology provider. Its core India business remained profitable.
The company also broadened its AI portfolio, introducing Xyne, an open‑source enterprise AI platform, along with Breeze Buddy (AI voice), Breeze Universal (AI‑driven commerce discovery), and Juspay Genius (AI for payments operations and analytics).
Co‑founder and COO Sheetal Lalwani stated, “FY26 was a year of investing in capabilities that will support our next phase of growth. Our international payments business is scaling, and we are seeing traction across markets.”
Juspay plans to keep investing in technology and talent, expand globally, and develop open, interoperable infrastructure for digital payments and AI‑driven commerce.
